HOS Flexibility and Other Changes

After years of review, the decades-old hours of service rules finally have been relaxed to allow some flexibility while retaining safety.  These and other changes occur as FMCSA also extends the Emergency Declaration designed to provide some regulatory relief for carriers supporting COVID19 relief efforts.
